1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup premium white chocolate chips
1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped
1 can dulce de leches (found with the Mexican foods)
Mix brownies according to pkg directions in a 8x8 pan. Let cool. Spread the can of dulce de leches over the brownies. Then in order sprinkle remaining ingredients over the caramel layer. Gently press in. Let sit at least tow hours before cutting.
