Snicker Salad

YUMMY!!!!
Do you have to say anything else but SNICKER??  I say no!  My Aunt gave me this recipe several years ago and I added the peanuts and caramel topping,  This is wonderful. Be sure and cut the Snicker bars into small bite size pieces.  If you refrigerate them, they are much easier to cut and look clean and even! Kids love this "salad"   Enjoy!!!

1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 full size Snickers bars, chopped into bite-size pieces
3  granny smith apples, chopped into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/4 cup or more caramel ice cream topping and a few slices of apples for garnish

Stir together the Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.  Add the Snickers bars, apples, and peanuts; stir to evenly coat.  Drizzle the top with caramel topping.
