Broccoli Salad

It's getting that time of year, cooking out, pot-lucks and family get togethers! This a great salad for those occasions, just remember it has mayo so be careful to keep cold!

1 Bunch Broccoli, Broken in small pcs
1 Bunch Cauliflower, Broken in sm pieces
1 Med-lg Red Onion, chopped
1/2 Pound Bacon, cook/crumbled
1/2 Cup Carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Raisins
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar

Combine all vegetables, raisins, onion in bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over vegetables and refrigerate at least 4 hours. You can add pecans, or sunflower seed if desired.
